The proposed topic arises following the reading of the 2018 international design competition, which has as its object the transformation of an office building from the early twentieth century into social housing, the aim of which is to guarantee the social function of the home through a rethinking of the living space.

The purpose of this work is therefore to propose new urban typologies and forms, paying particular attention to the medium-environmental aspect and reduced energy consumption, developing the deepening of the choice of certain materials and technological solutions.

The exhibition of the project will be divided into several phases. The first aspect is the classification of the area with the description of the same and the Spanish reference regulations. The second phase will focus on architectural and executive development, motivating the choices made. Everything will be accompanied by detailed tables on a scale.
