# Luca's apartment – Mallorca

Apartment - Interior Design

This project was about redesigning Luca's interior apartment design.

We have made many interventions, from the structural layout and building works to small decors, in order to find the solution to every need.

We wanted to achieve the goal of having a minimal open-space living room with a kitchen. We also created a walking room connected to the main bedroom.

The style used: Scandinavian and minimal design.

Another major challenge was meeting the customer's needs regarding the creation of a personal studio.

Bright colors and specially designed furniture have completely changed the perception of the apartment, making it functional and minimal.

In Luca’s apartment in Mallorca, the project connects everyday living, work and rest. Layout and furniture language are considered together: the comparison of floor plans makes the spatial reasoning visible, while the bedroom boards explore the atmosphere of the more private rooms.

## Opening space, defining functions

The original brief includes an open kitchen and living area, a personal office and a walk-in wardrobe connected to the main bedroom. The plan comparison helps explain the reorganisation as a set of relationships: areas for spending time together, a place to concentrate and a quieter sleeping zone. Spatial planning becomes part of the interior design story before materials and individual furnishings enter the picture.

## A Scandinavian foundation, a personal home

Scandinavian and minimalist references emerge through pale wood, white surfaces, restrained lines and dark details. Plants, lamps and textiles add depth to the main bedroom boards without making the palette heavy. These combinations show how a measured foundation can accommodate personal objects and routines. The custom furniture mentioned in the original project description belongs to the same search for a more precise use of the available space.

## Two bedrooms, two atmospheres

The gallery moves from the main bedroom to the second bedroom, alternating plan positions, design guidelines, decoration and furniture selections. Soft pink, sage green and botanical references introduce a gentler variation in the second room. Together, these documents communicate a method: establish the functions, define a shared visual language and adapt it to each room, keeping the apartment coherent while allowing different moods.
